The Starr County region has historically faced a challenge with the availability of reliable broadband connectivity.

The Starr County Industrial Foundation has partnered with VTX1 for strategies that will expand broadband and related services to Starr County. This event provided an update on VTX1’s progress and an opportunity to learn more about the significance of public-private partnerships to help secure available funds and potential projects.

The event featured a panel discussion moderated by Rose Benavidez, President of SCIF, and panelist representing VTX1, including Patrick McDonnell, CEO; Orlando Quintanilla, COO, and Jeffrey Patterson, VP of Business Development.
