Representatives of the Startup Runway company and the International StartupFoundation , from India, visited the port of Brownsville, in Cameron County; and McAllen, in Hidalgo, both, in Texas; with the objective of knowing the competitive advantages offered by the binational region between the Rio Grande Valley and Tamaulipas, mainly Matamoros and Reynosa.
