CiL McAllen Nearshoring Industrial Park

Congratulations to Mr. Joaquin Spamer and CiL, Commodities Integrated Logistics group on the groundbreaking of the McAllen Nearshoring Industrial Park. On December 5, 2023, CiL hosted the groundbreaking of the region’s newest industrial park. The facility will help the region to recruit businesses which will promote the economic condition of the Rio South Texas region through the creation of primary jobs, allowing for business expansion and increased commercial investment. McAllen Nearshoring Industrial Park will provide an additional 117 acres of heavy industrial zone property to the Rio South Texas region with lots of 3 to 30 acres available. The park is located at the corner of Idela and Ware Road in McAllen, TX.
